The boys in Eton Road were 100 times better this week than they were last. Their harmonies were much stronger, they were much more in tune and they were so much fun. I will be surprised if they end up in the bottom two again this week.

The judges said:

Sharon Osbourne: "Guys your harmonies were so much better than last week......Really sopt on!"

Simon Cowell: "It was fun, but I think it was avrey weird choice of song.....Its like he's (Louis) lost interest in you!"

There second song has let them down though. Also Louis boasting that he will take them on and manage them could be their downfall, voters could think they do not need to win the competition if louis is going to sign them

What harmonies?! All I saw was four people screaming 'WOOO! WOOO! LOVE LOVE WOOO ZIPPIDY!!' for two incredibly confusing minutes.

Hello Adrianics,

Poor Sharon is suffering, maybe she's been and picked up the bug they had in the x factor house. I personally thought this song was awful, but she would have been right with this comment on there second song.

I will sadly disagree with you once more Maureen, Eaton Road can sing in good harmony, every week I put various tracks through a studio desk, to compare them and for tuning.

The performance of Simon Cowell was once more last night uncalled for, I agree that Louis was perhaps wrong to declare and show his hand as far as managing the group is concerned, but when you watch Simon acting like a "pregnant turkey" in Ecstasy! each time Leona sings and then with Eaton Road pull faces and suck his pen, I would have been pushed to say what Louis said! to show that the world does not depend on Syco Records.

I honestly have no idea what you're trying to say, especially in the second paragraph

Week after week, Eton Road gave campy, 'so-bad-it-verges-on-slightly-okay-as-far-as-entertainment-goes' performances devoid of any real harmonies. Like I said, every week they gave us four extremely different people singing a song in four extremely different ways. The only time they sounded half decent was when they sang 'Mack the Knife' and The Beatles and in both of those cases the lead singer ruined any chance they had of a good performance by screeching a completely unneccesary falsetto. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Hello Jaybs,

You know that's something I really like about this site we can all agree to differ. Last night I watched the x factor with friends who are musicians and all of us have different views and one of those views last night is that one song was better than the other for tuning and harmonies. The better song turned out to be 'When you say nothing at all'.

In another week a friend commented about the length of Leonnas dress and Simons gaze and he said he'd like to have been there, I kicked him in fun, realising he wasn't talking about the blasted music. So yes I think like you here, Simons performance here is certainly suspect.

I do have my suspicions about Louis and Simon and at times I think they've been rehearsing, which means when the show starts and they kick off, I feel they're having me on.

On the subject of Louis offering to get Eton Road a contract the very best of luck to him.

Sometimes the show doesn't strike me as being about talent, but rather sadly who is going to sell the most CD's. Maybe its about which Judge stands to make the most from the programme. It could be any number of things.

I am sorry but Eton Road cannot harmonise, they are not like a group, they do not fit or sing together. As for Louis saying he will get them a recording contract we will see, this has been said about artists in previous shows and nothing happened - talk is easy.  Sorry but Eton Road deserved to go, they should have gone last week instead of Robert.

I whole heartedly agree with you trudy!
Robert should have still been there this week instead of Eton Road ......it makes me all confused, they seem to be all over the place , i don't dislike them and they seem like a nice bunch of lads. But i still think Simon did the wrong thing last week.
