Stage 1 Nancy Audition

Hello,
I'm new here, but I'm so glad I've found you! Please can anyone help? In stage 1 of the audition for Nancy, I've read that you sing one of Nancy's songs, however, is this a verse and chorus? or the whole song? If it is just a verse and chorus, is it from the start of the song? Many Thanks in advance!

Hi Georgie12

Basically it's whatever they ask you for! If they don't say, YOU decide. They don't have time to listen to the whole song so it'll just be a short piece.

In Manchester they gave out sheets of paper with the words of Oompa pa and As Long As He Needs Me and you chose which one to do. You sing until they stop you - roughly a verse and a chorus. Be prepared to be asked to start part way through as well and try to know your words up front.

In London Oompa pa wasn't allowed so you had to know the other 2 songs and sing one of them.
