No, Lady Gaga is a solo artist. Cascada is a dance act. The source of the confusion is that they 'reinvented' their sound and released a single that borrows Gaga's sound quite heavily. They're definitely not the same.

Gaga can be identified by her flamboyant style and ultrasexual songs and lyrics. Cascada are good, but essentially just a dance-pop act.
