How can he get FINED for killing a teenager after he ran her over. Why didn't he get a prision sentence, It's murder even if it's on a bike, you've taken a life so you should have a suitable punishment.

Our criminal justice system has got stupid thats why, they value property more than lives nowadays.

It wasn't he did say "get out the way i'm not stopping" as he was going 20 mph towards them and failed to move out the way of the group the teenager was in.

My guess is its second degree murder rather than first degree murder

its disgraceful, he was fined for less than his bike is worth, realy feel for the family, how can they feel that any justice has been served. They've lost their little girl and hes free to do as he pleases.
