I saw Daniel Fox at Britians Got Talent on Monday 16th Nov in Manchester..
I read that he wanted to Audition but didnt think he would do. But yeah he was there! He got so much special treatment he waited for 5 minutes in a seperate area from the others, and he went in before anyone else. And then he was filmed like doing so many different things.

I wonder if he's going to be on this years series? I bet so because of his story on X Factor. My audition went great but didnt get filmed Sad Did anyone else? If you get filmed does it mean your through or what?

cheers

I agree just go and do your best, have a fun day and enjoy the experience and then forget about it and get on with life. If you are lucky and get the phone call in the new year brilliant and if you don't you won't have spent months worrying about it. Good luck.

Hi all, long time no speak, i wont be posting regarding my personal situation as i agree wholeheartedly with ALF on watching what we say, however, i felt quite strongly about this thread so ive come out of hibernation lol

I hope Daniel does well, i am at a loss as to why you think he is greedy curious george, he made it to the judges houses on x factor but not the live shows. why should he give up on his dream, They didnt show very much of him on x factor compared to others, not enough to drastically change his life for the better anyway. He is extremely talented and i for one wish him well, if he uses his x factor experience as part of his 'story' then good luck to him, most people given the same opportunity would do the same thing.

He is just a normal guy with ambition just like everyone else on here and he should follow his dream the same way as i would advise anyone else to.

any way rant over lol, good luck to every one auditioning.

i personally admire him for putting himself through it again. i myself am a musical theatre type singer as someone said so i like thousands of others have a dream and i would imagine Daniels would only be the stronger after missing out narrowly on the live stages of X-Factor

May I just say that Trudy's advice is correct, just have a fun day and gain experience. We all have a dream and for some (like me) it helps us get through life's ups and downs. Everyone of us deserves a second chance and if I don't get through this year I will most certainly try again next year, hey I might even try the X Factor like Daniel did.

I have to ring someone back tonight who has seen me perform and wants to book me for a christening and I know it's not exactly like playing at Wembly but it means so much to me knowing that someone likes what I do enough to book me for their important day. So come on and join me in wishing and offering Daniel and everyone else who has auditioned or like me are going to audition for BGT 2010 all the very best of luck and support, we are like one big family and we should support each other and give good Karma. Dreamers need to stick together and you never know they may come true? Sincere good luck to everyone!!!

Theres no need to be harsh on Daniel because like everyone said he does have a dream and wants to achieve it just like everybody else. I hope he does well for himself he deserves it and for him to come back and do it over again must be even harder. It's just so hard for the rest of us who havent had a look in yet. I've tried X Factor twice and this is my 3rd time doing BGT and it's just hard to get onto the show, but fingers crossed for this year!!

Personally we have never got anywhere, but have enjoyed every year for different reasons.    Is that greedy as we have tryed each year.  I dont regard it so and it never crossed my mind...   Its an enjoyable day and if you get a bit of footage, great, if you dont you dont...    Not the end of the world.

I was at the first set of london auditions this year.(Although this was the first time I have ever auditioned for somthing like this.) They were filming a lot of people. they even asked me if I was willing to play my guitar before I auditioned, I said I cant cos I was using an electric guitar that would not transpose to film to well when not run through an amp.
So I guess that being filmed doesnt really mean that your through. They just gather alot of film footage on the day. and use what looks best.
